It has a spacious living / working / eating area directly adjoining the fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom with comfortable double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a large balcony. Also, the comfortable sofabed (1,40m x 2,00m) in the living area sleeps an additional two people.

We stayed in the apartment in Friedrichstrasse in January 2010. We had a great time there, the apartment is tastefully decorated, it is very well equiped with all you may need and so we felt better than at home ! The apartment is also very well situated to visit Berlin. Thanks very much for that, this helped us to enjoy all this beautifull city has to offer !
Meine Frau und ich haben insgesamt 8 tolle und vorallem sonnige Tage in Berlin verbracht. Diese Wohnung eignet sich dank der komfortablen Ausstattung auch hervorragend für längere Aufenthalte. Wozu Hotels, wenn es solche Wohnungen in 1A Innenstadtlagen gibt?
Das Appartment Friedrichstraße haben wir während unseres Aufenthaltes im Juni 2010 als großzügiges, helles, mit neuer, moderner, geschmackvoller, gut durchdachter und sehr gut nutzbarer Einrichtung und Küchenausstattung, offener Raumgestaltung zum Essbereich und Wohnzimmer, trendiger Farbgestaltung erlebt und uns schnell "zu Hause" gefühlt. Der Blick aus dem Fenster (gut schallisoliert) zum Checkpoint Charlie verrät die günstige Lage. Ist man erst einmal an den Touristenströmen vorbei, erreicht man zu Fuß nicht nur die exklusiven Geschäften der Friedrichstraße; schnell ist man auch auf dem Gendarmenmarkt, Unter den Linden, am Brandenburger Tor, im Regierungsviertel, Museumsinsel, Nikolaiviertel, Potsdamer Platz... Brötchen und Croissant gibt es in der Bäckerei gleich an der nächsten Ecke oder auch im Starbucks gegenüber. U-Bahn Haltestelle Kochstr. ebenfalls gegenüber. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, hat einen ganz großen Vorteil, er stellt es bequem in die hauseigene Tiefgarage. Wir würden am liebsten gleich wieder losfahren. Gerne also bis zum nächsten Mal. (Juni 2010)
Wir waren total glücklich mit dem Apartment in der Friedrichstrasse, Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit astrein. Konnten von da aus zu Fuss die ersten Berlin-Highlights erkunden und fürs Nightlive hat Herr Laggies als Kenner der Berliner Szene auch wertvolle Tipps parat. Wir kommen wieder!!! Merci, bis bald!!!
Die Wohnung auf der Friedrichtstraße ist sehr schön. Sehr kompakt aufgeteilt und mit vier Personen ideal für ein Städtetrip in unsere Hauptstadt. Die Lage ist einfach nur super zentral, direkt mit U-Bahn Station. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder....(September 2010)
