The size of the apartment is 120 m². It includes a spacious, open living area and a very comfortable eating area integrated into the luxury designer kitchen, two separate bedrooms with large double beds, huge bathroom with shower and corner tub, and a second, separate WC. A sofabed (1,40m x 2,00m) sleeps two additional people comfortably.

The apartment is located in one of the most popular and exciting neighborhoods of Charlottenburg, to the north of Kurfürstendamm. Grolmannstraße, Knesebeckstraße and Savignyplatz are all home to countless popular restaurants and bars, in which, during the evening hours, there is always something happening. Kurfürstendamm is ca. 400m away.
The Stilwerk, Theater des Westens, the German Opera and Kurfürstendammtheater are all within a short walking distance. Transportation possibilites to the Berlin airports, the Exhibit Centre, City West and City East are optimal.

Nearest Tram Station "Savignyplatz" (150m), various sightseeing lines and bus routes.

Berlin ist immer wieder einen Besuch WERT !
Ganz besonders, wenn man so ein tolles Apartment wie dieses in der Grolmanstraße hat. Die Wohnung ist super für 4 Pers. geeignet. Tolle Raumaufteilung, neues Badezimmer - tolle Küche, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Zentral gelegen, gegenüber ist ein nettes Frühstücks-Cafe. Viele Lokale und Bars sind direkt in der Straße und am Savignyplatz. Zur Gedächtniskirche 10 Min. zu Fuß und bis zum KaDeWe 15 Min. Danke nochmals an Herrn Laggies, für den tollen Service :-))
